Paul Marsh Journal - 26/02/18

Weight has been slowly creeping up again, around 90-91.5kg most days this week. I have been pretty poor at recording my training lately outside of the main work so I'll be looking to track this again moving forwards to give a little bit of insight on how things are going. Sunday was my first day squatting in a couple of weeks as I decided to see sense and rest as instructed, nothing felt too heavy but chest overly tight (to be expected)

The plan for this week, improve my eating, continue to work on sleep, get in one LISS cardio session and a conditioning session/complex at the end of one session.
